he 6,000 square foot garden that we created for Fonda San Miguel Restaurant has been featured in the Austin Business Journal and the winter issue of Edible Austin.  It's worth a trip by to see the potential for gardening at this scale and the speed which it can spring into production — even in December!  Might as well stop in for some of the best food in the world, too, while you're at it.  See the garden photos from last month and now
