AGA Creative Team

AGA is looking for up to six Creative Team members. For five years we’ve wowed ‘em with our unique blend of outdoor sculpture, creative re-use landscaping and participatory environmentally-themed artmaking. Now that we have the space to anchor our creative activism, we’re looking to share the opportunity of a lifetime with new partners who will join us for a renewable, six-month or one-year commitment.

Are you a designer? A sculptor? A landscaper? A social entrepreneur? A painter? An urban farmer?

What You Get

Space (4,000sf warehouse, 4,000sf outdoor work space, 625sf private workspace)

Garden (quarter-acre organic vegetable/sculpture garden)

Tools (metal shop, wood shop, landscaping, stone carving, etc.)

Ford F250 truck and sixteen foot trailer

Materials (warehouse of materials to build things)

Training (learn how to weld, garden, carpentry, design, etc.)

Involvement with client and community-based projects (get paid, get connected)

A Leadership Role in Austin (one of America’s creative class meccas)

VOLUNTEER

Austin Green Art is seeking creative individuals interested in sharing their time, knowlege, and passion in furthering our goals as an organization. We encourage an open volunteer environment, where individuals feel free to express themselves, take initiative and share their skills with the team.

Austin Green Art is currently seeking volunteer help for grant writing and research.
